Shannon Klagholz – Hygienist and Team Leader
My name is Shannon, and I grew up in Chichester, but now reside in Newark, Delaware with my husband and three furry children -Dori, Tonka, and Izzy. Dori and Tonka are Italian Mastiffs and Izzy is a Calico cat! I love being a hygienist and a team leader at Dental Health Care Associates. As an extra bonus, I have the opportunity to work with my best friend who I’ve been friends with since middle school!
When I am not at the office, I enjoy reading, hiking, and camping. My husband and I go on camping trips with our dogs almost every weekend in the spring and fall. I am also an avid fan and season ticket holder of the Philadelphia Wings Lacrosse team. My life goal is to travel to as many places as possible. Actually, my two favorite travel stories include a hike on a glacier in Alaska, and a trip with my husband when we rented a convertible Porsche 911 and drove from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon where we went rafting. For my future travel plans, I am currently saving up for a Polar Bear Expedition that I hope to take in the Fall of 2012.
Lisa Ellers – RDH
Hello! I grew up in upper Chichester and graduated from Chichester High School. Then, I went on to graduate from the Harcum College Dental Hygiene Program. I just celebrated my 11th year at Dental Health Care Associates where I have the pleasure of working with my best friend who is also a dental hygienist, Shannon. Currently I reside in Middletown Delaware with my husband, son, daughter and my cat. I enjoy reading when I have some free time, and I love to watch the Philadelphia Wings Lacrosse team play. I also try to travel as much as I can. I’m looking forward to my vacation to Italy.
Nicole McClay – Hygiene Assistant
My name is Nicole, and I graduated from Chichester High School in 2009 . I then furthered my education at C.H.I Institute in the Dental Assisting Program and graduated in 2010. I have a ten- month-old son, and during my free time, I like to spend time with him and my boyfriend. I do not have many hobbies, but I really enjoy shopping!
Shirell DeMiranda – Hygiene Assistant
Hi, my name is Shirell. I have been happily married for two years and we’ve have been blessed with two sons. I graduated from Penncrest High School and later attended CHI Institute for Dental Assisting. I have been in this profession for four years and I am in the process of furthering my career as a Dental Hygienist. During my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.
Michelle Rolfe – Hygienist
Hello! I am married with 3 children. I was a stay-at-home mom for 18 years, and I started my hygiene career when my son went to first grade. I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs. We have two Yorkshire terriers that rule our house and hearts. I like playing games, traveling, and going to the beach. Most recently we went to Europe for two weeks, so I think it will be hard to top that vacation!
Becky Neigut – Hygienist
Hi! I enjoy traveling to new tropical locations. I would love to travel to Australia or Greece one day. I’ve been involved with swimming since I was 5 and I still enjoy it. I also like to take my 8- year-old dog Corey on long walks at our local park. I got engaged in February 2011, and we are getting married in September 2012. We’re looking forward to starting a family and our new lives together!
Margaret Crowding – Hygiene Scheduling Coordinator
Hi, my name is Margaret. I live in Chichester with my husband and my four children (three girls and one boy). I have two cats (one boy and one girl). I like going to the beach as much as possible. I also like to read horror and mystery books.
Julie Ellis – Hygienist
Hi! I grew up in Newtown Square and went to Marple Newtown. I studied Dental Hygiene at Harcum College. I recently moved to Broomall with my fiance and our very energetic and lovable boxer puppy. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, going to the beach, cooking, and trying new things.
Dawn Dallam – Hygiene Assistant
My name is Dawn. I am the mother of a beautiful seven-year-old. During my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends. On the weekends and during the summer, I enjoy going on adventures with my daughter.
Kelly Finley – Hygiene Assistant
I am a 2004 Ridley High School graduate, and I am certified in Dental Assisting. In the future, I want to further my education and become a hygienist. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and boyfriend. My favorite color is purple and my favorite place to eat is Outback Steakhouse. I enjoy watching the Phillies and attending their games, too!
Jennifer Fisher – Hygiene Assistant
I grew up in Wallingford and graduated from Strath Haven High School. I attended CHI Institute where I studied Dental Assisting. I have been with Dental Health Care Associates for about 3 years. Currently, I live in Upper Chichester with my fiance and our dog, Midnight. We have an October 2011 wedding planned. I enjoy camping and spending time with my family.
Chrissi Johnston – Hygienist
My name is Chrissi, and I’m a dental hygienist. I have a three-year-old daughter and I am anxiously awaiting to meet my second little girl this summer. I enjoy spending time with my family. In my spare time I enjoy shopping, malling, and spending time with family. I love being outdoors and enjoying the warm weather. When I do have time to watch TV, I like to watch Dexter and Modern Family.
