Shannon Klagholz – Hygienist and Team Leader
Hi, my name is Shannon, and I grew up in Chichester, but now reside in Newark, Delaware with my husband and three furry children -Dori, Tonka, and Izzy. Dori and Tonka are Italian Mastiffs and Izzy is a Calico cat! I love being a hygienist and a team leader at Dental Health Care Associates. Actually, as an added bonus, I have the opportunity to work with my best friend and colleague who I’ve been friends with since middle school!
When I am not at the office, I enjoy reading, hiking, and camping. As a matter of fact, my husband and I go on camping trips with our dogs almost every weekend in the spring and fall. I am also an avid fan and season ticket holder of the Philadelphia Wings Lacrosse team. My life goal is to travel to as many places as possible. I have two amazing travel stories so far, which include a hike on a glacier in Alaska, and a trip with my husband when we rented a convertible Porsche 911 and drove from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon where we went rafting. For my future travels, I am saving up for a Polar Bear Expedition that I hope to take in the Fall of 2012.
Maureen Reese – Clinical Leader and Efda
Hello, my name is Maureen Reese. When I am not at work, I love to spend my time with my husband Dan and my 2 children, Samantha and Chloe. We have 2 awesome pugs named Andy and Ozzie who are loving and caring, but can get into trouble from time to time. In my spare time, I love to sing, and listening to music and attending Broadway musicals is very enjoyable. Actually, my favorite musical is Phantom of the Opera. My colleagues know that I love to laugh! My favorite comedians are Steve Carrell and Zach Galifinakis. I enjoy working hard, while being dedicated to my family and my career.
Melissa Leinhauser – Desk Team and Desk Leader
Hi, my name is Melissa, and I am a Jersey girl! I have a love for American Pitbulls and do what I can to take more of a stand to fight against the discrimination of the breed. My two dogs, Saber and Blaze, are like my kids and I absolutely adore them. Also, I get a lot of flack about this, but I love the Dallas Cowboys!! My dream has always been to be a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader– maybe one day! The spring and summer months bring out the best in me–the sun really puts a smile on my face and hopefully I can fulfill my goal in owning a beach house in the future!
Lisa Ellers – RDH
Hi, I’m Lisa, and I grew up in upper Chichester and graduated from Chichester High School. Then, I went on to graduate from the Harcum College Dental Hygiene Program. I have just celebrated my 11th year at Dental Health Care Associates where I have the pleasure of working with my best friend who is also a dental hygienist, Shannon. Currently I reside in Middletown Delaware with my husband, son, daughter and my cat. I enjoy reading when I have some free time, and I love to watch the Philadelphia Wings Lacrosse team play. I also try to travel as much as I can, and I can’t wait to take my upcoming vacation to Italy!
